Age: 13 Gender: M Specialty: Restoration Occupation: Artist Relatives: Two parents, no siblings
Personality: Symeon is a very prim-and-proper person. He can barely stand to see people behave rudely, or things lie around out of place. He'll always report all such circumstances to the person in charge, and try to fix them if possible. He's quite devoted to painting, and always keeps his tools of the trade handy, but he's also always willing to chat with other people, even if it means delaying his latest masterpiece by a notable length of time.
Abilities: Symeon has the power to restore broken objects in the environment by simply painting pictures of how they ought to be. For example, if a bridge has collapsed, Symeon simply has to illustrate its original state and it returns immediately. To perform this, Symeon has to be present at the site of the object he's restoring when he's painting it- he can't paint it from afar- and it doesn't work if no trace of the broken object remains (for example, if the aforementioned bridge and its foundations are all gone, Symeon can't paint them back).
History: Symeon took an interest in art at an early age. He painted his first work when he was eight, and from there he escalated. His specialty was architecture: towers, bridges, churches, and so forth. His paintings were as realistic as photographs, some people said. Then it happened. An orphanage in Symeon's hometown was half demolished by terrorists. Saddened by the loss of such a building, Symeon visited the site every day as he worked on a painting of the orphanage as it used to look. Can you guess what happened next? As soon as Symeon added the last touch to his painting, a huge commotion broke out nearby. When he looked up, he saw why: the orphanage had magically restored itself in an instant. Not yet aware that it was his doing, Symeon sold the painting, then went home. The next day, some prankster broke Symeon's bay window. Recalling the orphanage, Symeon decided to test a wild hypothesis of his, and painted a quick depiction of what the window had looked like before. Sure enough, the window became as good as new. Finding glory and hope in his new talent, Symeon set out to perform bigger and better repairs. Soon he earned a new reputation, as an artist that could literally repair things by painting them. He plans to visit the entire world and restore everything.

When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
